The Microsoft Recovery Tool was recently updated to version 3.1 on 7/22. While there are no functional changes, we've improved logging, reattempt logic, and error handling for the WinPE option, and enhanced user guidance for the USB safe mode repair.

@AdamGell That is correct. Contains was removed from the UI but still can be used when manually editing the rule syntax.

Makes me think that contains won’t be removed. Just not in the UI anymore.

When this is the case, the time for your dynamic group to complete processing will be longer because all objects must be downloaded for DG processing. It's not wrong...just slower.
