Even when i lose weight, my stretch marks will always be here to remind me how disgusting i was and am for letting myself ever gain weight, Theres no hope for me, i'll never get better

Everything triggers me today i cant keep up with the healthy cal deficit, satisfying my hunger makes me feel disgusting, i need to be thin weak n fragile, i want my bones to be all i am i want others worrying for me I wanna ⭐️ve till im dead
