Rapper and former LSU star Flau’jae Johnson was selected No. 8 overall in the WNBA Draft by the Golden State Valkyries, but was traded shortly after to the Seattle Storm in a draft-night deal. 🏀 Golden State moved Johnson’s draft rights in exchange for Spanish forward Marta Suarez and a 2028 second-round pick. After initially being drafted, Johnson shared that she’s the first WNBA draft pick out of Savannah, Ga., and had a wholesome moment with her little brother.
