UTSA will soon be home to the Transborder Digital Humanities Center-Consortium, a new effort to advance research, teaching and community engagement focused on borderland studies across the Americas. Humanities professor Sylvia Fernández-Quintanilla has earned a two-year, $150k Mellon Foundation planning grant to establish the new center-consortium. It will provide support to students and scholars while encouraging collaboration with libraries, museums and other community partners across the Americas.
