Most people think it’s a cope because their aloneness is a trauma response and they can’t fathom that your aloneness is the exact container needed to fully cultivate your medicine. They don’t know what to do with REAL space, they probably don’t even think it exists.

Why do people think you’re lying/it’s a cope when you say you enjoy being alone lol… mate, the only thing keeping hella people around me ever did for me was cause problems, I actually think it’s insecure to think you *need* company to be happy tbh
