Ok wait my physics brain is kicking in again… if Xavier’s light Evol is causing high-energy spacetime distortions, that could also explain why he’s a dual Evolver😦
Light as an elemental Evol fits the energy/source side, while his Chronos-class abilities could be the effect of that energy interacting with spacetime.
In relativity, space and time are literally part of the same fabric, so if he’s manipulating space with light energy, time distortions would naturally follow too…
which means Xavier might not be a “time controller” in the traditional sense, he could just be bending spacetime so hard that time gets dragged along with it😭

Because the anniversary arts for Xavier have been scarily accurate foreshadowing before.
