Some day yesterday with @celt00 down here in Dublin. Celtic winning the league and sinking creamy pints in the Celt he was in his element. Out for a nice dinner with the wives then watching the main man Richard Ashcroft do his thing it couldn't of went any better. ❤️

First full marathon done today. What a buzz the crowds were amazing. Got it done in 3:54 so over the moon with that time. Legs absolutely in bits i can hardly move but was worth it.

I just arrived at my Airbnb and took a moment to look around and look what I noticed. I think it would have been helpful if they mentioned this to me over the phone. I was literally with the manager just a few minutes ago. Her phone is busy right now, but I sent her this photo. I saw that she saw it, but she totally ignored it. I've already paid hoping this will be resolved.

At Mestalla Stadium, there’s a quiet but powerful tribute, a statue of a man seated in the stands. He was a lifelong season ticket holder who, even after losing his sight through illness, kept attending every Valencia game with his son beside him. When he passed away, the club honoured that devotion by placing a statue in his original seat. His son still sits there today, right next to it ❤️👏

Celtic have reportedly made an offer for a striker, a key moment in what has been a long wait for attacking reinforcements this January. According to reports from France, the Hoops have submitted a loan offer with an option to buy for a 24‑year‑old Ivorian striker, Mohamed Bamba, currently playing in Ligue 1. If the deal is agreed, the forward could be through the door before Celtic travel to Edinburgh, giving him the chance to train with the squad ahead of the big clash. Even if the signing is completed before Thursday, he would not be eligible for UEFA competition this month. Both the new striker and Julian Araujo would miss out on registration for Celtic’s Europa League squad, meaning their first European opportunities won’t come until the next round, if Celtic make it. The Ivorian target has had a quiet campaign in France, scoring once in 16 Ligue 1 appearances so far. Sport.fr report that Celtic’s offer includes the loan with an option to buy structure the club has favoured this window, giving Celtic flexibility while limiting financial risk.

Christmas is the celebration of God with us. Not distant or far off. God stepping into humanity as Light. Yesterday marked the winter solstice; the longest stretch of darkness all year. And yet, this is the season when lights shine the brightest and the stars are most visible. That’s not accidental. Jesus didn’t just bring light to the world. He released light into the world—and now that same Light lives in us. And that light? It doesn’t negotiate with darkness. It doesn’t struggle and it doesn’t ask permission. It just SHINES and darkness flees. This is why sickness should never feel comfortable in the presence of a believer. This is why healing is natural when God is with us. This is why Jesus is still the Light of the world—through His body today. As we celebrate Emmanuel, let’s remember: God is with us, and His light is in us. It’s time to let it shine.
