Celtic are reportedly frontunners to sign Plymouth Argyle duo Lorent Tolaj and Bim Pepple when the summer transfer window comes around. Both strikers have been on form in EFL League One this season, scoring 29 goals between them, 18 of those coming from Tolaj. The 24-year-old made a £1.2 million move Port Vale last summer while his strike partner signed for an initial £250,000 from Luton. Pepples has previously had a loan spell in Scotland at Inverness Caley Thistle in 2024, while Tolaj had one at Dundee in 2023. The pair's form has alerted the interest of other clubs in England, but also Celtic, reports the Daily Mail. It is claimed the Parkhead club feel they can snap up the duo at a bargain price in the summer. Pepple also reportedly has suitors from further afield, including Turkish side Goztepe and Minnesota United and Montreal in MLS. With eight goals in his last nine games, the 23-year-old is proving to be a real find and is on the radar of the Canadian national team. Both players scored a brace each during the weekend's 5-2 thumping if League One favourites Cardiff City, and their goals have Argyle in the hunt for the play-offs.celtic
