Had a call with an online seller who felt "lost" this week. Here's what I told them: . Stop chasing every new traffic source. Pick one and go deep . If you don't know what's working, you don't have enough data yet. Keep going . Build your follow-up process before you scale your ads. . Know which content actually drives revenue, not just views. . Your funnel is probably fine. Your follow-through isn't. . The sale happens after the fifth touchpoint, not the first. . Simpler offer, clearer path, more closed deals.
