Every other chat I do now in cursor is to use an MCP to analyze my usage data. And it all started after I recorded this episode. This week on How I AI, Tim & Alexa at @faire_wholesale show us how they analyze everything from experiment results to weird data anomalies with @cursor_ai + various MCPs. We'll walk through - investigating a mysterious conversion rate drop across various data sources, including PRDs in @NotionHQ and code - programmatically creating @ModeAnalytics data visualizations via chat - defining agents to do repetitive tasks like writing @eppohq experiment reports After this ep, I realized I was massively underutilizing data MCPs and I hope you do, too. As always, a big thanks to our amazing sponsors! ⚡️ @zapier - the most connected AI orchestration platform (with a killer MCP I must add) 🤑 @brexHQ - the intelligent finance platform built for founders

Now in preview: ChatGPT Pulse This is a new experience where ChatGPT can proactively deliver personalized daily updates from your chats, feedback, and connected apps like your calendar. Rolling out to Pro users on mobile today.

Today we are launching my favorite feature of ChatGPT so far, called Pulse. It is initially available to Pro subscribers. Pulse works for you overnight, and keeps thinking about your interests, your connected data, your recent chats, and more. Every morning, you get a custom-generated set of stuff you might be interested in. It performs super well if you tell ChatGPT more about what's important to you. In regular chat, you could mention “I’d like to go visit Bora Bora someday” or “My kid is 6 months old and I’m interested in developmental milestones” and in the future you might get useful updates. Think of treating ChatGPT like a super-competent personal assistant: sometimes you ask for things you need in the moment, but if you share general preferences, it will do a good job for you proactively. This also points to what I believe is the future of ChatGPT: a shift from being all reactive to being significantly proactive, and extremely personalized. This is an early look, and right now only available to Pro subscribers. We will work hard to improve the quality over time and to find a way to bring it to Plus subscribers too. Huge congrats to @ChristinaHartW, @_samirism, and the team for building this.

I think Google’s lawyers don’t understand how much they are kneecapping Gemini’s chances of beating ChatGPT. Personal context and habit is how you win here. Google is perfectly positioned (with Gmail and Google Photos data) but they are blowing it.

The rumors are true! We're so excited to be collaborating with @tacobell to bring back the childhood treat you know and love, with a Salt & Straw twist. Stay tuned for more 👀 nbc.com/today/video/ch…
