Recently, I flew to #sapporo from #tokyo with @JetstarAirways. On flight out, I didn't collect my ¥500 change from purchase & forgot about it. On my return flight, flight crew came to my seat, confirmed name & gave me ¥500 coin. They even apologised. Now that's customer service
