Why movies like Dhurandhar have a limited shelf life and are forgotten in no time. Such films have not been appreciated for direction, storyline, cinematography, music, make-up, costume or post production. The usual metrics. The pseudo nationalism hungry audience lapped it up for its heavy propaganda quotient. It was dripping with it. So, the moment another politically-backed, saffronized director manages a heavier dose of propaganda, this one will be six feet under.

In Dhurandhar 2, when Jaskirat buys a gun from Atif Ahmed and comes home by train, you can see that the railway station is extremely crowded, with no place even to step, and inside the train as well there is heavy crowd with no place to sit. At that time, the country had a Congress government. Later, when Jaskirat aka Hamza, returns from Pakistan and goes back home to Pathankot, the government has changed to Modi govt. This time, the train is completely empty - no crowd at all. Jaskirat faces no problem and reaches home comfortably. Salute to Aditya Dhar for such detailing.
