From our time with the UFC 6 beta, submission fighters like Brendan Allen could be some of the most broken fighters at launch if things stay the same. A lot of people misunderstood his “Last Stand” flow state. It’s not just better submission defense. Because of his Tank perk, Allen can activate flow state just by building momentum with strikes. Once it activates during a submission exchange, his stamina drains slower on the struggle bar while yours drains faster. On top of that, his submission meter basically gains a second layer of armor. It regenerates during flow state while also taking reduced damage. Mixed with his grappling perks, he becomes extremely hard to submit while being even more dangerous offensively on the ground
