A Barnes & Noble is coming to 181 Avenue A, b/t 11th and 12th streets in the East Village, later this year, per the B&N website. The 11,000-square-foot retail space at the base of Steiner East Village has been vacant since residents began moving into the new condo 8 years ago.

Criticizing or protesting a state is not the same thing as opposing an ethnicity or religion.

@sti11twitt3r @ireallyhateyou This comparison doesn’t really work. Most of the parades you listed are ethnic, cultural, or diaspora celebrations: Puerto Rican Day, Dominican Day, Japan Parade, Haitian Day, West Indian Day, etc.
