The night I left my daughter at college, I cried myself to sleep.
If I could rewind life, I’d take every moment with her again. Slow it down. From the diaper days when she laughed at the goofy things is said, to her first soccer practice, boy crush, broken heart, daddy daughter dance. It all adds up. You are in it, but then you feel like you missed it.
She is now 29, married, 3 kids. The focus is the same but different. Gonna soak up every minute I can.

My son left for College yesterday. I’m on my way out there now. I am not ok. This is the hardest thing that I have ever done. There’s a million emotions running through my mind just hoping I did enough as a dad to prepare him. I think that’s just human. I already miss the daily stuff we take for granted , getting him up for school, hanging in our garage playing video games , making him breakfast, etc. Be there for your little ones, soak up every moment you have , never say no and enjoy because it goes way too fast!

The North Oconee High School flag football team got over the hump on Tuesday, defeating Whitewater 31-6 to earn the first state championship in program history. Senior Catherine Cooper threw five touchdowns to earn MVP of the game. Full story:

@McFranchisee @McDonalds With card payments dominating and cash nearly gone, rounding to the nearest 5¢ has become negligible for businesses.
It’s basically free goodwill at this point.

I tweeted about the penny shortage about two months ago.
To me, it’s really not that big of a deal, you round up, you round down Canada & Europe had the same transition.
However - this @McDonalds will give you a free meal if you bring in $10 worth of pennies. I’m not a hater on this, but it’s not something that I would do personally. My thoughts - they probably have a cash handler that won’t function without pennies, that’s why they are in higher need and willing to pay for them?
