1x20 on deadlifts increasing weight weekly up to 2xbw for me helped fix my lower back after an L5 disc herniation (which was NOT caused by deadlifting in the gym) So no, you’re WRONG A LOT of people herniate discs because they are WEAK, sit too long during the day, and do NO strength training

Green Bay claims that getting rid of overtime would spare athletes bodies from over exhaustion and could extend the careers of all athletes in the league. Instead of going to overtime, Each team’s kicker would have to kick from the 50-Yard line, kicking intermittently until one of the kickers miss. @Purpman123 Does the questionable benefit outweigh that risk though? Even if it’s a tiny risk? I mean, dry needling isn’t exactly some groundbreaking necessary treatment, so why even come close to those areas?
