Reality is that there has been a decline since 2020 and no one with a brain would disagree. Calling Dabo “washed” is too far. Clemson wins 9 games this season that is 16/17 seasons in a row with 9 or more wins. Please point to another coach in HISTORY that has accomplished that.

Before last year Dabo’s floor was 9 wins.
GT game Clemson was one stop away from winning before a 53yard winning FG.
Clemson had no less than 5 mishaps in the secondary against Duke. If they have 4 they win that game.
9 wins was still very possible in his worst year.

Everybody thinks Clemson/Dabo is washed. - The 2021 to 2022 teams were a QB away from being another elite team. - 2023 went 9-4 in a “rebuild” year - 2024 was a rush defense away from a title run - 2025 was a disappointment, no covering that up. But literally, 1 year, in a hall of fame career. 1 year in a new era where Clemson is STILL winning at a high clip. 1 year, albeit bad based on NFL talent, but still just 1 year. Things are different, sure, but I think it’s foolish to think this guy and this program are “washed.”

@walkonmoose Its really not foolish. Clemson has regressed in every one of those seasons, and u just had more draft picks than wins in possible the weakest conference. Only thing saving dabo one more year is this weak schedule
