Now CFD Online is finally up and running on the real production server again. Holding my thumbs that the problem will not return.

Still having problems with the site.

Site has been down for a period. Something broke during live cloning of the virtual server. Managed to get the site up and running on a backup server. I do not think any data has been lost.

@KuralamuthanV The virtual server is always available at cfd-online.com. But this virtual server can be run on different physical servers. I got it up and running again on a backup server, but it broke once I started to live-clone it back to the production server. Not sure why.

@cfdonline Not able to access till now. can you share the backup server's address?

We are having problems to restart the virtual servers running CFD Online after an OS update. We are working on it ...

An OS update on the servers broke the forum database. The database has now been repaired and the forums should be up and running again.

Had some memory issues on our servers that brought the SQL server down. Do not know what caused it, but a reboot solved it. Lets hope it does not come back.

Site is up and again. Please report any problems here. Not sure what happened. With some manual interventions I was able to boot the virtual server, and once up it boots normally again. Not really sure what the problem was 🙃 Virtual servers are fantastic... while they work 😅

After a few hours of sleep I finally manually was able to start the virtual KVM-server running CFD Online. It requires manual boot though, not sure why, so something is broken. Expect sudden down-times today while I debug this.

CFD Online is down after an OS upgrade. We are working on it, but currently have no estimate on the down-time, it will take hours, perhaps days. No data has been lost, but the virtual server running the site refuses to start after the OS update 🙁

Something is seriously wrong with the virtual server. Expect a longer down-time. 🙁

Updating the OS on our servers and having some problems to get the site up right now...

@erayyceylann I do not know, everything is running on a virtual KVM machine and this virtual machine refuses to start after the OS update.... could take seconds or days to fix, sorry.

Have cleaned up a lot of spam registrations on the forums in the last week. Deleted more than 30,000 spam users 👮 Also trying to block spammer in different ways. If you get access problems please email us on webmaster@cfd-online.com.

Updating hosting system on our servers today. Site will go down for short periods.

New SSL certificate received and installed. Now you should not get any warnings when you visit CFD Online.

We forgot to renew our SSL certificate so you will get a warning when you visit CFD Online now. Still safe to visit though and a new certificate has been ordered and will be installed asap.
