@ChrisAlvino I got PRK done instead of LASIK because it actually fully heals. Bit of a longer process but worth it. I worked for a personal injury lawyer for a while and those flaps just… it’s so horrifying

These stories are so deceiving. LASIK IS NOT a miracle of science, it's a monster of science and a bastardization of public health protections. I had 20/20 vision immediately after my LASIK too, just a few years later, I was BLIND from LASIK.

I had LASIK done yesterday and I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced a bigger miracle of science. 10 minute completely painless procedure and I woke up with 20/20 vision. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 8. Just wow.

@pot8um Working at sbux I had this one creep try to untie my apron when I was on the floor restocking items, also so much poop on the floor instead of in the toilet 😩 And when I did door to door canvassing for an environmental org I was stalked, followed up my route screaming, etc
