Newly diagnosed with #MND I asked mum what she wanted to do. She said she really wanted to see where I worked. So a year ago today she was treated like a VIP at The Sunday Times and then we had 2 days in London seeing the sights. Laughing and talking. So glad we did that.

Following a successful prosecution by the CPS, Amina Noor has been found guilty of aiding the female genital mutilation of a young girl in Kenya. It is the first time a person in England and Wales has been convicted of female genital mutilation (FGM) offences committed abroad.
