We accompanied residents of Sinjil to their farmlands for the first time in 3 years after being prevented by systematic settler attacks. We will continue standing with Palestinian communities in the West Bank facing violence and the threat of displacement.

We marked 59 years since the beginning of Israel's occupation in 1967 with a freedom march in Khan al-Ahmar. The residents are threatened with forced displacement for the third time in only 70 years.

Twenty years, we continue to believe that Palestinians and Israelis deserve something better than occupation, violence, and fear. That belief is what brought our founders together, and it continues to guide our work today.

As we mark this anniversary, we are honoring a community that has continued to insist - often when doing so has been difficult, unpopular, and deeply personal - that another way remains possible.

This year, Combatants for Peace turns twenty. The movement was founded in 2006 by a group of former Palestinian fighters and former Israeli soldiers who had decided to build something together at a time when separation seemed far more realistic than partnership.

The Israeli-Palestinian Joint Memorial Ceremony gives a platform to those who have lost their loved ones to the conflict. Their testimonies give a sense of why this ceremony is so important to them, and to thousands of people looking for hope and an alternative to the conflict.

We protested on Friday against the new death penalty law passed by #Israel that will only apply to Palestinians.

This is about deepening a regime of separation and control, and a clear step further into #apartheid, and further away from any legitimate claim to democracy.

The Knesset passed the so-called “#DeathPenalty for Terrorists” Law - a law that will be applied almost exclusively to Palestinians. It is a grave violation of the right to life and due process, and a further entrenchment of a system where rights are determined by identity.

On this #InternationalWomensDay2026 , we want to recognize that women and children pay the highest price in wars and highlight the essential role of women in peacebuilding. When women are involved, peace agreements last longer and post-conflict recovery is more inclusive.

When the Israeli military launched the war on Iran, it also closed access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron until further notice. Worshipers who came on the occasion of Ramadan were forcibly evacuated.

While Israel and the United States launched a new war on Iran, Israeli forces sealed off the West Bank. 888 barriers are closed as they are enforcing a confinement of the Palestinian residents of the area to reduced pockets of territory. #IsraelIranWar #WestBank

Last week, our activists established their protective presence in Al-Minya, north of Hebron, to protect Palestinian shepherds from settler attacks.

We refuse the hierarchy of grief that measures one life against another, and we reject the logic that treats civilian deaths as currency in a wider struggle.

As a joint movement committed to nonviolence and to ending the occupation through political means, we firmly reject the belief that expanded military force will bring safety or stability to our region.
