The Pembroke girls track team once again rises up with some tremendous performances at the Meet of Champions Sarah Claflin is your ALL-STATE 100m Champion 🥇 4x100m relay (Claflin, Gibbons, Ghattas, Johnson) are back to back ALL-STATE champions 🥇

Sarah Claflin is your ALL STATE CHAMPION in the 100m. Her time of 12.01 is a new school record and top time in MA this year. She adds the 100m title to her indoor all state 55m title for 2023. @SarahClaflin13

Results from the girls’ 4x50 yard dash are now up. Pembroke (@PHS_Titans) sets a meet record in the event, as Ally Johnson, Sarah Claflin, Catrena Ghattas & Melanie Butler combine for a time of 24.31 seconds. That tops the prior mark set by Old Rochester in 2012. @BostonHeraldHS

@jacksonpembroke My dog Lexi was potty trained using positive reinforcement, but as she grew older, we started giving her the treats intermittently. She is an extremely active golden retriever who learned quickly that every time she peed outside instead of on my bed she would receive a treat!
