APL/1/THN/2026 to APL/6/THN/2026-GSTAT, Thane Bench, held its first hearings on 27.04.2026 which was attended by the officers of CGST Raigad Commissionerate. These cases, including Asish Kr Pati vs B.K. Overseas & others, mark the initiation of an effective GST appellate system.
