I usually don’t comment on Pakistani politics. I disagree with IK on many political issues. But this is not about politics- it’s about my children’s father, his human rights & international law. For the past few years, I’ve been bullied & harassed into silence by PML-N goons, including rape threats & countless conspiracy theories. Meanwhile Twitter/ X is banned in Pakistan, PTI party members & civilian supporters have been abducted, anyone with a platform who was speaking out is now in jail & silenced, Imran Khan’s photo and name have been censored on state television (they have even redacted his image from any coverage of Pakistan’s World Cup win of 92!) I owe it to my children to try to create some awareness about what is happening in Pakistan. Please help in any way that you can. Thank you.

عمران خان کا PTI کے ایک وکیل کو چیئرمین بنانا ساری پارٹی کی سیاسی قیادت پہ عدم اعتماد ھے۔ ساری عمر اس نے اپنے ساتھیوں کو حقیر جانا ھے اور اسکی درجنوں مثالیں PTI کی نام نہاد جدوجہد میں ملیں گی۔ اسوقت جب عمران خان جیل میں ھے اسے یہ بھی خوف ھے کہ پارٹی پہ قبضہ نہ ھو جاۓ۔ یہاں تک کے وہ بیگم صاحبہ پہ بھی اعتبار کا رسک نہیں لے سکتا۔ اپنے تعلق کی بیک گراؤنڈ اسکے سامنے ھے۔دولت اور اقتدار دونوں میں اعتبار بہت مشکل ھوتا ھے۔ اور جب فریقین کا ماضی اس سلسلہ میں مشتبہ بھی ھو۔
