@jmarshfof If Lemon was their man, they should have been on the phone with the cowboys. You don’t give another team the opportunity to take your man. I think they wanted to drop down after Lemon was taken and couldn’t find a suitor in 8 minutes and the they settled on the OT

Are there seriously people that think the Eagles moved up and the Steelers just sat there confused for eight minutes? That’s a real narrative? I’m probably more critical of the Steelers than most people and even I think that’s ridiculous.

@PenguinsJesus It’s been time for a lot of these guys to retire. They need to get younger, stronger, and faster.

Being swept means this team very much didn’t have an extra gear and really out kicked their coverage during the season. This series also shows this team doesn’t quite have the speed, or endurance, for a run. This is definitely the nod to me to go all-in on getting younger.

Saying “if the Penguins are swept this series, it doesn’t change the offseason plans” sounds as crazy to me as saying “just because we won the Stanley Cup doesn’t change the offseason plans”. Yes, it does. Just like winning changed Dubas’ deadline plans. Results impact plans.

@jmarshfof They refuse to chip the puck in and make the flyers back line skate back. Letang needs to be put out to pasture. Just pathetic play for the majority of the season and now the playoffs. I would rather have St Ivany out there.

The Penguins have not solved the 1-1-3. They don’t seem particularly interested in engaging in the requesite behaviors to beat the 1-1-3. And their second pairing is a nuclear bomb they are dropping on their own heads. More problems than I have space to type.

Absolutely brutal from Letang. Runs into a situation with two guys already there, barely makes contact with someone, falls to the ice, and is a spectator for the rest of the play.

Wesley Bryan and I got into a heated argument about what the majority of people’s favorite club is. I will stand firm and say it’s a 7 iron. There’s something about that club that’s very different than an 8 and 6. Wesley said a driver or 60 degree is the majority favorite. Who’s right here?
