@SergioPinski @TempleCards Yes indeed. I have always done it using a 12 lead ekg and hooking the atrial epicardial lead up to V1, but my fellow just asked why can't we simply do it with the v-lead on telemetry? Brilliant. Just touch the a.wire electrode to tele V.lead, and done! Quick & easy!

WCT & tachycardia termination after 1 beat of QRS normalization is C/W AVRT. QRS normalization leads to VA shortening & AH prolongation or block in AVN. AVNRT or AT cannot be altered by QRS changes. Coined by @clabadet et. al from 🇦🇷 Europace: doi: 10.1093/europace/eux103.

@forkknifecab_EP You can check tach induction to assess VA variability. We found it as a very good predictor of atypical AVNRT. @JICE_EP Link: rdcu.be/cWire

Mechanism consistent with AVNRT, we could only produce an 8 msec H-H perturbation with Single Atrial Extrastimulations from proximal CS. Fundamentally reset, but did not meet the 10 msec cutoff.
