It’s almost like the last coach was a complete nothing and Gym Shorts, Joe Flacco and Covid was only reasons they had only success in 6 years. I mean who knew!!!

Browns DT Mason Graham said Todd Monken's approach to practice is more his style because it's similar to his time under Jim Harbaugh at Michigan.

@TheKardiac_Kid @D4danny_ You are spot on, sir as long as Watson is on the roster and the salary cap is a mess his job is safe.
English

@D4danny_ I think I have a theory that I hope isn’t true. I think Berry is afraid to draft and commit a high pick to a QB because he knows that’s where his job security can be exposed if it fails. Makes me nervous for next year and why if Sorsby makes it to supplemental I want him

I remember when Brock Osweiler was too tall as the Browns QB because the DB’s could watch his eyes 😂

Browns rookie QB Taylen Green: No one as tall as me moves like me. nbcsports.com/nfl/profootbal…

@copperheadcoach 100%, and then the NFL does nothing to protect against it.
English

The simple fact that they will not apply simple, safe guards to keep the integrity of the game out of the hands of the officials or make clear rules. It’s kinda hard to argue against it being rigged.
While, I don’t think it’s scripted. I do believe the officials are told to favor one team over another and nudge games, a certain way.

Wow: A recent poll has found that nearly 74% of NFL fans think the league is rigged, according to Preme Sports. It appears fan distrust is at an all-time high.
English

Yeah, the Browns thought the same way and then the Vikings also thought the same way with Danrold, and how did it work out?
There is nothing guaranteed and the next QB class is always going to be the greatest one yet. The reason why is to sell the draft not because it really is.
With no guarantee a GM has to use data to make the most informed decision possible. The facts are that Baker can play at a top 10 level the QB market is set and the odds of finding a rookie QB in the draft at his current level is about zero picking outside the top 10.
If the QB class is good enough most GM’s will not trade the pick anyway.
Using all the historical data available the best odds at winning now is to pay Baker his market value that's a top 10 and draft a QB that can develop under him.
That's a way better decision than being hopeful you hit the draft. IMO
So what QB in the 2027 class would you risk your career on and allow Baker to walk?
Thanks for the reply

@chadp71 @Buccaneers Hello Chad, let’s say you DO pay mayfield and he doesn’t ball out, gets hurt (AGAIN), and plays like shit over the final eight weeks of the season like he did before? Then the Bucs are stuck with a qb who sucks…
English

Hello @dageonde, let's say you are the GM and you don't pay Baker because you are going to wait for 2027 draft. Baker would either most likely request a trade or ball out to get a new contract with another team in 2027. Worst case, you are picking 15th again. The morale of the team will be at an all-time low, and you'll need a new HC. So, from outside the top 10 in the draft, what QB will you be drafting for sure?
English

@Buccaneers Please do not give him a massive contract before the season, especially with one of the deepest QB classes in recent years coming up. That would be a colossal mistake. The Bucs can do better than Baker Mayfield at quarterback.
English

@TheKardiac_Kid Man I didn't start getting them to show until I forced myself to do squats. Great work btw ✊

@Bduq22 It could be a paint program the post is still funny
