i go rock climbing 2-3 times a week with friends and the gym is an hours walk for me, thats an extra 10kish steps if someone doesn’t give me a lift home!
@Yamenan07 around september time (so 2 months after) i thought i was ‘binging’ bc i was eating 1kish+ cals a day but obv that didn’t cause any gain just plateau - it also led to me getting a lot worse later on and dropping another 7kg into bmi <18. i only gained in recovery !im still -15kg
@chaifan72 Just a question, did you binge or quickly gain the weights back after this? I wanna do this but afraid I’m gonna yo yo and gain all the weight back😢
@frostedcreme Np :3 I rlly wanna get back into 24hr+ fasts but its so difficult to study on an empty stomach for me🤥🤥🤥 hopefully in the summer i can lock in
aand that’s it :P i have only recently (and unfortunately) relapsed back into my ed so i’m just trying to remind myself how i did things in the past and adapting it to my life now - my bmi is 19 so i have a lot less to lose than i did when i was bmi 25+ !
