After past few tweets got reach, lot's of people have DM'ed me asking about the process for getting into Rippling.
So here I am sharing the process that happened for me.
I am a 2026 batch graduate, in start of third year of my college, Rippling came for their Internship drive.
They selected students for OA on the basis of resume. Their was an OA having 2-3 DSA questions to be done in 60 minutes. After that interview took place the very next day. There were two rounds
First was of DSA, I was asked two DSA questions, one of string topic and other of hashmap. I liked that they said to use internet if I wasn't of sure of syntax anywhere and I also did once.
I ran out of time on the 2nd question but interviewer said I was very close to the correct approach.
Then happened the Hiring Manager round, btw DSA round was eliminatory in nature.
HM round was mix of getting asked on resume, projects and HR questions.
It went long, I honestly don't remember all of it in detail. But for the projects part, I was asked to discuss one project in detail. All of my projects were of AI/ML. I explained the one which I was most confident about. It was about CNN. Then I remember interviewer asked me to tell in lamen language how I would make a machine recognise a pen. And he stopped me everytime I used a jargon. Honestly the interview was fun. Few HR questions were also asked.
Then came results the same day and I was selected for the 2 months internship. It was 10 weeks long internship. My project was about making an AI assistant using RAG.
I got the PPO from internship.
Then I did 6 months internship too which was completely optional. I got to work on backend this time.
And now I am working Full Time.✨
