Post just to acknowledge @JMafume He takes feedback and resolves some of the issues sometimes. City of Harare patched the potholes they had filled up with mud in the CBD. The problem with filling potholes with mud is that apart from dust blowing all over the place, when rains start, the mud will be washed into and block storm water drains.
