❗️Mein aktualisierter beruflicher Ratgeber für 2026 ff ❗️ 1. Wenn ihr einen halbwegs guten und sicheren Job habt, seht zu, dass ihr ihn behaltet. Werdet sichtbar (im positiven Sinne). Es kommen unruhige Zeiten auf uns zu, und viele werden ihre Jobs verlieren (vor allem die unsichtbaren). Ein Wechsel bedeutet aktuell ein hohes Risiko; da müsst ihr sicher sein, dass das langfristig wirklich aufgeht. 2. Wenn ihr aus dem Tech-Bereich kommt oder da gerne rein möchtet, lernt mit KI umzugehen. Und nein, ich meine nicht Bilder generieren oder Prompts schreiben. Ich rede davon, mit KI zu entwickeln (Codex/Claude-Code) oder KI-Infrastruktur/Integrationen zu schaffen (Stichwörter: MCP, RAG). 2027 wird kein Unternehmen mehr Spezialisten für bestimmte Programmiersprachen suchen, sondern nur noch Architekten, die wissen, wie man KI-Tools effektiv und sicher einsetzt. In diesem Bereich werden massiv gut bezahlte Arbeitsplätze entstehen und wer hier bereits Erfahrung hat wird es sehr leicht haben. 3. Wenn ihr ein Studium plant oder macht, überlegt euch frühzeitig, wie ihr für Unternehmen/Organisationen dadurch einen Mehrwert schaffen könnt. Ein Studium ist kein Garant mehr für einen Job. Ihr müsst durch anderes überzeugen als „Wissen“, denn Wissen ist bald nichts mehr wert. Es zählen Mindset und Soft Skills (Kreativität, Resilienz, Motivation, Mut). Versucht diese aufzubauen, falls ihr sie nicht mitbringt. Wer jung ist, hat gute Chancen das zu erlernen. 4. Wer noch vor der Berufswahl steht: Handwerk ist wirklich eine der besten Optionen aktuell. Ihr könnt euch als Meister mit eigenem Laden noch für viele Jahre eine goldene Nase verdienen und das in nahezu jedem Bereich, und Auszubildende werden überall gesucht. Wählt keine klassischen Bürojobs mehr aus, hier werden Stellen in Zukunft äußerst rar. 5. Wer kein Handwerk und keine IT mag, sollte einen Beruf wählen, in dem die Ressource Mensch aktiv erwünscht ist, z. B. im Vertrieb oder im sozialen Bereich (Begleitung/Pflege/Psychologie etc.).
