@Chamberlain what can’t I find the ability to buy a 2nd garage door sensor anywhere for my smart garage door control? Not on your website. And “where to buy” lists a place charging like $70 each - price gouging! Are you discontinuing, having supply chain issues, or what?

@Chamberlain That really makes absolutely no sense. Many people have more than 1 door! So do you expect them to be wasteful and buy another kit and toss out the hub? From a sustainability reporting standpoint that’s really awful. Some marketing , Sales, and SKU stewards should be fired

@Chamberlain the alert notification is stupidly quiet. If someone is in my driveway and I am a bit away from my phone I want to hear the alert. If someone uses the call button on the camera I want to hear the alert. Yes the volume is up all the way in the app on my phone.

@Chamberlain I bought a brand new unit and keep having issues. Have already replaced multiple parts and still hasn’t resolved issue. Now support sending me another part to replace. Can I please get some help to replace this bad unit? This is a really poor customer experience.

@Chamberlain @Walmart I bought the B6753T in November 2025, it failed by January 2026. Your engineer told me I would have to install a new circuit board myself. He said your policy is not to refund or provide a replacement unit. This is awful

I've tried 2 different keypads for my B3010 belt drive opener and none of them work. Can you tell me what keypad to buy. Your website is frustrating to search and I'm not interested in buying a 3rd incorrect keypad.

@Chamberlain the AI chat is a pain in the butt. Trying to get some assistance after Wallace and Wallace installed a replacement. So far I haven’t been able to get thru. Why do you do that? 1 (800) 528-9131 was the number I used.

So I have a garage door opener from @Chamberlain and I have their myQ app to go with it.
The app doesn’t work with Siri or Apple Shortcuts. It doesn’t integrate with Alexa or Google Home. There’s an Apple Watch app that doesn’t work.
Most egregiously, the app does not support Car Play so you can’t open your garage door from your car’s screen.
Makes me wonder whether the people at Chamberlain actively hate their users or they’re just wildly incompetent. Or both. It’s probably both.
