49 left. Georgia gets absolutely demolished by Saint Louis. This is now back-to-back years of the Bulldogs getting blown out in an 8 vs. 9 first round game.

50 left. Idaho didn’t do much in this one as Houston once again takes care of first round business easily.

51 left. Penn was quaking in their boots once Illinois really got going, as the Illini completely ran away with in the second half.

52 left. BYU falls to Texas even though AJ Dybantsa did everything he possibly could to save the Cougars with 35 points and 10 rebounds.

53 left. Saint Mary’s was clearly rattled by Bucky Ball in this one, and an illness reportedly going around the team didn’t help matters.

54 left. Howard hung around for a while, but then Michigan did Michigan things.

55 left. UNC led by as many as 19, but VCU takes them down in OT! What a game!

57 left. Hawai’i didn’t find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, as Arkansas easily handles business.

58 left. McNeese can’t topple a 5 seed in back-to-back seasons, as Vanderbilt gets the job done in the end.

59 left. Siena were saints for trying to give us another historic 16 over 1 upset, but they come up just short. Fantastic effort by Gerry McNamara’s five starters who played the whole game.

60 left. USF managed to make it close in the end despite being unable to buy a three pointer the whole game.

61 left. Wisconsin was badgered by High Point all game and they can’t get the final shot to fall! Madness!

62 left. Troy didn’t get their heads in the game, as Nebraska finally gets their first NCAA tournament victory!

63 left. Ohio State made a very impressive comeback after trailing by 15 at the half, but TCU escapes with the win.
