@tdkarnataka My car number is HR 26 AU 4914 and I have got NOC from Gurgaon, Paid tax in Bangalore and have given to BTM RTO for transfer, but it has been 3 months and I am still waiting for my RC card with address transfer. No one is responding including the agent, Mr. Kumar

Since last 2.5 months my address change is pending while paid 60K as tax, NOC from Gurgaon and also paid all the applciable fees #RTOBangalore
