The fake news doesn't have to be about us personally but when it affects business sentiments or causes law and order issues in India, all of us pay the price. As we have been studying fake news, we think the situation is very, very serious. And today something happened that has probably never happened anywhere in the world. 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥. CNBC TV 18 claimed that India is planning to tax foreign travel. To make it look credible they even made up rules and regulations about it. You must understand foreign Travel is extremely important for foreign trade. So this news spread like wildfire and the damage it caused India's reputation was so bad, PM Modi had to fact check and deny it in very clear language. The amount of fake news our nation is currently facing is unprecedented in world's history. From misinfluencers, foreign media to now even India media with foreign links are becoming more and more vicious by the day. 𝗦𝗼 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗿, 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁.

It's very clear seeing the leading signals on social media: Every news, and more fake news, are going to be used by the DS to instigate Indians against the PM and GoI in the coming months. It's going to be a barrage, no a deluge, of negative news (mainly Reuters, Bloomberg, WSJ, FT) and propaganda to try disillusion the most hardcore supporters. To prepare the base for protests and anarchy to try create govt instability in India. But they will fail in the end. Because these losers, the communists and islamists, don't get India.

With the current amount of fake news and mockery due to social media & AI, the government needs an active ministry for handling fake news or social media compliance. When the PM fact-checks news from CNBC, it shows the level of fake news and fearmongering by even top media houses

With increasing use of AI in our day to day life, everyone has trust issues. Yesterday I shared a pic of myself in the stadium with my friend. His first response was "it's AI" then I shared a video and he said I got it from Twitter. I had to video call to prove it to him 🤣
