🚨#Important: The PIL filed by a random right-wing element seeking NIA probe against Cockroach Janta Party is highly suspicious.
We request our courts not to allow themselves to be WEAPONISED at the hands of this regime. The entire young generation is looking up at them. The Delhi High Court’s order in some random PIL case on Sonam Wangchuk’s health was used by the government to forcibly remove him and detain him at the hospital. That only fuelled the protest.
The government will again use this PIL and Court to DEMONISE protesters, students, young generation, BRUTALLY suppress dissent AGAIN. All this instead of engaging in dialogue with the protesters.
The Court CANNOT be made party to such a vicious, malevolent conspiracy of the ruling regime. Faith in institutions are important. Let them not be politicised and WEAPONISED in any manner.

Two points:
Why should an NIA probe inspire confidence? The NIA is a central government agency. How will the investigation be ensured to be transparent and independent?
The petitioner, Satish Kumar Aggarwal, is a former president of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha.
The plea appears politically motivated and seems aimed more at consuming the Court's time and attracting public attention than seeking genuine relief.
