@julian_plummer The entire industry has lost track of ASIC and FASEA failures. I’m now waiting for ASIC to target us for making this comment but seriously if you don’t hide behind the veil of working for the Government and are untouchable then any advisor would feel like us and @julian_plummer.

FASEA was overseen by ASIC and has failed advisers again. The most basic principle in providing guidance is to ensure that it aligns to the relevant legislation. They didn't even get legal advice and can't confirm whether it is compliant? ifa.com.au/news/29050-dou…
