2/2 So here are few top tips: ⭐️never assume they know what you know ⭐️make space for them to clarify their understanding ⭐️know why this particular stakeholder is valuable to ur change project ⭐️know exactly what you need them 2agree to ⭐️1st be open 2their ideas & suggestions

Do ur stakeholders really understand what u are saying? My niece came to visit from USA I said“Let’s meet at Piccadilly” She said “What is a Piccadilly?” Our plan faltered simply cos we were starting from a different place. Miscommunication is so common in stakeholder work👇1/2
