@hwloiza Real ones know this was supposed to happen over a decade ago but didn’t work out (ego likely from usher)

@jedirich_ @HardRockHotels Balconies are not the draw that people think they are. The upside is you can charge an extra $100 a night. The downside is suicide, public sex or people throwing stuff off the balconies. So they will box them in, it will be weird, people will forget they even exist.
English

Hard Rock Las Vegas is bringing something back the Strip almost never does: balcony suites.
That’s a BIG deal.
Balconies are extremely rare in Vegas hotels — not by accident. Most resorts avoid them due to liability, safety concerns, and design economics.
The one major exception has been The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas — and there’s a reason for that.
It was originally built as a condo project before the 2008 crash killed that model. The units were never sold, it became a hotel — but the balconies stayed.
Vegas actually tried this twice.
One became Cosmo — a hit with terraces. The other was The Harmon — a condo tower at CityCenter that never even opened due to structural defects… and had to be demolished.
After that (and the financial crash), developers moved away from condo-style builds entirely.
Outside of Cosmo? Very limited inventory:
• A few specialty suites at Bellagio
• Some off-Strip or legacy properties
• Almost nothing mainstream on the Strip
That’s why Cosmo balconies became such a signature differentiator.
Now Hard Rock is stepping into that lane.
If they execute this right, these won’t just be rooms — they’ll be premium inventory with real pricing power.
Bottom line:
Balconies aren’t normal here. #vegas

@AceTheKid All you needed was a cash account before, just stop using margin lol

The PDT rule being removed will cook most traders out there
WOLF Trading@WOLF_TradingX
Here’s why the SEC removing the Pattern Day Trade Rule is a negative for retail traders

@melvinwpeters @ImSoOtto Honestly that was a pretty terrible clip of usher lol

Giveon is a clown he got a clear dislike for breezy
Complex Music@ComplexMusic
Who’s the best live performer right now? 🎤 We asked GIVEON, Blxst, Mario and more artists during Weekend One of Coachella. Who are you picking?
English

@justmightb_ @ThereGoTerry I think also what gives HOAFM a good rating is a lot of songs he previewed made the album which made it an even better experience. A lot of the periscope songs were on there along with random ones he posted on IG like tempo
English

@changeofP @ThereGoTerry HBOAFM needed better sequencing and had to many fillers imo but i think he figured out the formula for indigo which is why i put HBOAFM after that. Plus Indigo features seemed more meticulous
English

Just listened to Chris Brown “INDIGO” from top to bottom and he’s actually insane 😮💨🔥let me tell you something.. if the worst thing about Christopher is “his albums are just full of hits”. We’ll take it.. cuz those “concept albums” that ya’ll speak of, you don’t even be listening after one week, so MOVE.
English

@justmightb_ @ThereGoTerry Summer too hot, and press me was okay.. press me sounds like something I would’ve enjoyed more a few years before it released. Go girlfriend itself was good verse wise but the hook didn’t sound good to be repetitive. Those 3 were the main party type records but didn’t hit themark
English

@justmightb_ @ThereGoTerry Hoafm/indigo are neck and neck, I’d place breezy 3rd and 11:11 last. Think 11:11 was missing bangers on the party music side. Rnb was good but some skips for me which doesn’t happen usually for me either cb
English

@Shemang_Adamz @GenDirectMusic Yup, that’s why a lot of these artists don even drop albums anymore. Lot of single type artists or an ep here and there. I Iike the 40+ song albums especially when it comes to good artists like cb
English

@changeofP @GenDirectMusic So we are saying people have become lazy with their listening experience? Got it.
I do love his long-ass albums. More music for me to consume anyway.
English

@Shemang_Adamz @GenDirectMusic They say that because people have no attention span, with 20+ the casual listeners probably don’t listen to everything. It can be a classic to a real listener though but for casual it’s a requirement
English

@GenDirectMusic And who told y'all length is the topmost requirement 4 a classic album?
Music is subjective, what u may think is a classic, may not be so 2 the next person. I, for one, don't see anything about the "Confessions" that y'all tout so much to be a classic. I grew up on CB's 1st album
English

@kootttaaa Everyone saying rows were not helpful because without a section doesn’t matter lol
English

@kootttaaa It’s probably EFG, breezy bowl people say to be in front of the x because if you’re in front of the main stage you’ll see his back a lot only
English

@Fyeahdimondd October 26 trial not sure why he has tour dates for November 8
English

@Fyeahdimondd Trial starts October right.. don’t think there’s anything before
English

Chris still working, my homeboy said he was supposed to drop a couple of videos, album was already done, he has court soon but his team is trying to push for more dates, end of May and June is rehearsals, yall scroll back l already said tour was starting in June and most of this already, this just a quick summary but they definitely dropping updates
English

@jprydeee I was hating on Ebro off your tweet but read the article and you’re off base. He’s not saying he needs usher, but for someone of ushers status to go on tour with him regardless of backlash is a good look for cb. Unfortunate usher said that stuff about Diddy though
English

I need this guy to shove that microphone down his throat because wtf is he even saying…..CB just did a stadium by himself he doesn’t need nobody to stand with him
Complex Music@ComplexMusic
Peter Rosenberg discusses Chris Brown's tour with Usher. Hopes for appreciation. Details: complex.com/music/a/cmplxt…
English

@jackboylondon @SeewhyChels I think it’s the other way around.. cb has an ego but usher does give off salty vibes sometimes.. we’ll see
English

@SeewhyChels Am not so sure if Chris’s ego can manage being showed up by usher. Because we know breezy can dance and yes we know he has a long ass discography. But he doesn’t have usher’s voice or charisma. He also doesn’t have the timeless classics like usher does.
English

🚨Akademiks says a Usher & Chris Brown “Raymond & Brown” tour might be the biggest R&B tour we’ve seen in years…
“This is like the R&B version of Drake & Jay-Z going on tour.”
Ak says it’ll feel like a versus + performance battle

@dyanbermeo @jamie_marie000 @clerpatriot You must’ve never gone to Coachella… you’re not finding a place for 150 a night 🤣 even if you’re splitting with others
English

@jamie_marie000 @clerpatriot This type of money can be used for investment. Also There are AIRBNBS with more space at $150 a day.
English

Someone explain how people are dropping $6-10K like it’s NOTHING on Coachella when the economy’s supposedly DOOMED?!
I’m scrolling nonstop and it’s designer fits, VIP, and ppl just flooding the desert
…meanwhile Demonrats are screaming “everyone’s BROKE AF in America!”
Does that look like a struggling country to you?!
English

@MrScott115 @clerpatriot For one person I’ve heard average lodging in desert Palm Springs with flights is roughly 2k for Friday to Sunday morning (sold Sunday wristband)
English

@clerpatriot Let me get this straight, you see a video or two of swank lodging and ticket prices so in your mind everyone is fine?!? Is that your logic? So because you see some people who have the means to spend that it equates to that’s everyone’s experience? Economy good cause Coachella 😂
English

@hwloiza Nah he just wanna throw up gang signs and act like a blood lol
