A reminder: You can’t know how many people need a #ChangingPlaces toilet if they can’t visit without one. None of us would choose to go somewhere without a toilet that we can safely and comfortably use.
It’s not a lack of need – it’s a lack of access.

A common misconception is that all #ChangingPlaces toilet users have visible disabilities. This isn’t true. Many people have invisible disabilities. Questioning someone about why they need access is degrading & unacceptable.

His passion for fighting for the rights of people with pmld was relentless. One of his many successes was to campaign for a Changing Places toilet at the Emirate’s stadium, home of his beloved Arsenal.
