Today we #embraceequity and take the time to celebrate all the wonderful women in our lives.
As a club, we're proud to recognise great women every day, whether that'd be our players, staff, members, fans and the wider community.

@ranahuss Gosh this got me 🥹 you should be so proud and you’re daughter is very lucky to have you keep the pep in her step. I grew up ashamed of my culture and did everything to hide it so I could feel like I belonged, I could have only wished for a Rana to show me that it’s ok to be me!

Heading out the door to go to work this morning my 7 yo daughter asked me how she looked. Standing there in one of her favourite purple hijabs, she looked up at me waiting for my response. Not the excited look, or proud of herself look. But a weary, nervous look.

In 1992, the last time Eng played Pak in a World Cup Final, it was at the 'G and I was 6 yo sitting in the stands. 30 years later I find myself in the middle of the @MCG on the big screen talking to 80k cricket fans for #EngvsPak and a #T20WorldCupFinal
