The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans. Conclusion: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Jet lag was absolutely awful yesterday after 2 days of travelling but we're in Seoul. Yay 😍

@jh3yy My parents do too, I'm jealous of their nuthatches. Oh I used to see lots of those when I lived in Stamford near Rutland water. I had one fly by my windscreen when I was driving and it was really scary 🤣

@char_bone my parents get the best things, they get the parrots properly along with the woodpeckers and owls they sometimes fly over ours oh and we have a lot, and i mean a lot, of red kites

Gym session cut short this morning after one set on the leg press. We had a dog emergency. Max ate a stick and it was lodged in the roof of his mouth. He was panicking and clawing his face. Scary to see. 2 vet visits, £500 and 6 hours later…stick dislodged and he’s ok 😮‍💨

@ITangoI He's taking them for his babies 😊 although I did have one who just sat there and ate 6 himself too.

Every time we open a door we have a robin flying at us 😄 my husband opened the door and one landed on his phone 🤣 love them ❤️

@jh3yy ooh parrot! they've finally made their way up here too, I've heard them go by a few times. The big birds are lovely but can bully the smaller ones. I've had to cage some of my feeders.

@char_bone we don't get many small birds but they have visited in the morning we have the occasional parrot, rooks, magpies, jackdaws, the usuals 😅
