Over $2m in CC Closer / Sales Manager

Between Christmas and middle of January is probably hardest period to get a reply to an outbound email. Most people are out office. The ones who are working prioritising key tasks. Once the majority does get back to work, there is a huge backlog to get through. Your email must be more relevant and potent than ever in this window, or you will stand zero chance. It’s complete cope however that businesses stop transacting in this period. It’s harder, slower and more painful but there’s still fish to catch if you know what you’re doing. Demo booked yesterday in an email that took 5 mins to write lol ——/// The framework I used was --> problem, shift, answer Let me show you... Problem: Focused on a current problem your prospect may be facing. Do not add any fluff or stupid, personalised first lines. (This could be macro-trends, industry-specific, company-specific, etc) Shift : Explain the “shift” that this specific problem has caused. Probe on how the shift can be problematic. Answer : Link your offer as the “answer” to the problem and solution to the “shift” that’s occurred. Then wrap it up with a direct CTA. *** If you prospect the right account and send an email using this framework you’ll book meetings in first 10 days of Jan and whilst everyone “warming up” you’ll have got your first sale of 2025.
