Honestly can't think of a worse move - in re policy, politics, or fairness - than for the Trump admin to vigorously fight tariff refunds.
If Biden's IRS had illegally taken $175B from US businesses, Republicans would (rightly) FREAK. Shouldn't change bc it's Trump's CBP.

Reminder: the US government has already told the Court of International Trade it would provide tariff refunds, AND the Treasury Secretary has already acknowledged that they'd be REQUIRED to do so if SCOTUS rules as it did today
