Lot of very naive replies to this that don’t take into account, units at play, short term noise compared to long term profits & the fact that we’re human too?
A few saying “How can you be a professional and lose money”
Have you never in your life had a bad day, week or even month at work?
Does a striker not scoring or a keeper not keeping a clean sheet for one game mean they’re bad at their job?
Also someone losing £3k betting £10 stakes or £500 stakes. Big difference.
Betting has me in a position where I can afford to lose £3k in a week whilst chilling on a beach in Costa Rica, could be worse?
