They say they are now sending out a replacement in 3-5days but I won't hold my breath! Hope you get your sorted 🤞

@northernassist You can't help unless you magically run a service that works and is on time! I'm aware you run an amended service on strike days but that doesn't mean I can amended my working hours to fit around your train schedule!! You keep hiking the prices up and the service gets worse!!!!

@YodelOnline Well you've not answered my question! Or confirmed that it won't be happening again! I have never specified a safe place to leave parcels so why your driver thinks this is acceptable is beyond me!
