@pooppooppoopypo Wish I could tell you, its so individual from everyone 😔 but trust me, a week feels long but its nothing in your life. So it might feel alot longer/worse than it is. Esp in the start. Truly, consistently is key tho. And be kind to yourself. This a hellish disorder..

@pooppooppoopypo And reminders it's your body working as it should/fixing itself after starvation etc etc. It will get better as long as you're consitant I promise. You're doing so good🫶

@pooppooppoopypo Lose comfy clothes, LIGHT stretches, hot water bottle, laying stretched out, LIGHT walks (outside fresh air preferably), distractions (friends, hobbies, etc), warm shower + skincare (idk why it makes me feel better), positive affirmations said out loud !!!
