I know Kate Ledecky is the greatest female pool distance swimmer ever & has just won a 3 world golds But I just swam 100m f/c to win my 4th gold at Hampshire masters in a time only 1.7 sec slower than my 2009 masters pb & 3km open water is MY distance 🤣

My last @parkrun was Xmas Day, 38+3/40 Austin was born NYE I missed my NYD run which would have been my 50th! Today I finally put on my trainers, downloaded the Couch to 5k app & made a return to running, with Austin in the @Thule #ChariotCross Achieving my 50th Parkrun!
