A mortgage payment doesn't go up for 30 years. My parents still pay $420 a mo on a 200 acre farm + house they bought in 1998. Rent goes up 5%+ per year. Compound that over 30 years and its 4.5x higher. People who argue that renting is better are simply wrong.

When Nifty Gateway crashed in March '21, I sold my entire bag and took a few weeks off. Did some research and became convinced 100% on-chain art would be accrue the most value due to immutability. I found DeafBeef, a 100% on-chain audio visual project with zero dependencies. I got two pieces for around 2 ETH each. My damn impatient ass unloaded them a month later for two Meebits. They proceeded to absolutely cook in the bull run. Anyways, the lesson here is that in bear markets, you have a great opportunity to eliminate the NOISE and find the SIGNAL. Take this time to imagine the broad direction NFTs are heading 2-3 years from now. Then drill down from there into more concrete buys you are looking for. But you still have to be patient. One of the worst learned behaviors we adapted from the '21-'22 NFT Bull run was a lack of patience / demand for a quick return. The best opportunities that will appear over the next few months may not pump, they may range for a while. Punks ranged for years between $100-$300 a pop. That's my strategy for the reminder of the year: * Research / Visionbuilding * Find Actionable Opportunities * Be Patient / Don't Overtrade
