I'm tired of saying this - Gangetic plains/UP/Bihar/Hindi belt are deindustrialized/poor due to British Raj policies & then continuation of those policies by successive Indian gov to this day. Private players demand a pre-established industrial base/infra to invest in any state.

Modi has changed the "base year" for GDP calculation from 2011-12 to 2022-23. Similarly, the base year for inflation has been changed from 2012 to 2024. मतलब महंगाई कम ना कर सको तो method ही बदल दो। P.S - "base year" is the reference year whose prices are used to calculate real growth.

Where the fcuk i talked about nationalism ? I mentioned about Article 19 from the same constitution which define India as an Union of states. You can't cherry pick from the constitution. Article 19 is a Fundamental Right. And, please stop fooling people by using the name/pic of Nehru. You are NOT Nehruvian.

केंद्र सरकार ने पंजाब की तरह बिहार में dams नहीं बनाया। केंद्र सरकार ने पंजाब की तरह बिहार का लोन माफ नहीं किया। पंजाब की तरह बिहार को Green Revolution और MSP का फायदा नहीं मिला। अभी बिहार की 75% आबादी कृषि पर निर्भर है और 90% आबादी rural areas में रहती है फिर भी मोदी ने बिहार को "कृषि सखी योजना" और "NSC seed processing plants" नहीं दिया। कपड़ा उद्योग बिहार का इतिहास रहा है और आज भी बिहार के skilled textile workers दूसरे राज्यों में काम कर रहे हैं फिर भी मोदी ने बिहार को PM Mitra Park नहीं दिया। आजादी के बाद 45 सालों तक Freight Equalisation Policy की मदद से बिहार का खनिज लूटा गया और फिर उसके बाद बिहार का बंटवारा करके उसका सारा खनिज छीन लिया गया। केंद्र सरकार ने आंध्र प्रदेश की तरह बंटवारे के बाद बिहार को कोई compensation package नहीं दिया। केंद्र सरकार ने दूसरे राज्यों की तरह बिहार में BHEL, BEL, HAL या कोई बड़ा PSUs स्थापित नहीं किया। बिहार को एक साजिश के तहत पिछड़ा रखा गया है।

🚨Important🚨 "Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs)" UN में 32 landlocked देशों का एक समूह है। ये देश एकजुट होकर अपनी बात रखते हैं। इसी तरह भारत में भी landlocked राज्यों को अपना एक समूह बनाना चाहिए और एकजुट होकर अपनी बात रखनी चाहिए। ज्यादातर landlocked states हिंदी राज्य हैं। Indian economy में coastal states का दबदबा है। coastal states के पास ports का advantage है जो कि import/export में बहुत important role play करते हैं। ज्यादातर companies/industries यही कोशिश करते हैं कि वो ports के पास हों ताकि उनका transportation खर्च कम हो और export/import में लगने वाला समय भी कम हो। लेकिन सिर्फ ports से काम नहीं चलेगा। cheap labor और raw materials भी चाहिए। coastal states के पास ports तो है लेकिन उनके पास cheap young workforce और cheap raw materials नहीं है। भारत में cheap labor और raw materials हिंदी राज्यों के पास है जो कि landlocked हैं। coastal states को landlocked states का cheap labor और raw materials का फायदा मिल जाता है लेकिन landlocked states को coastal states के ports का फायदा नहीं मिलता। साथ में coastal states में जो companies हैं वो अपना ज्यादातर revenue हिंदी राज्यों के market से generate करते हैं। जब coastal states अपने Direct Tax collection का घमंड दिखाते हैं तब वो इन बातों को नजरअंदाज कर देते हैं और एक ऐसा perception बनाते हैं कि जैसे वो landlocked states पर कोई एकतरफा एहसान कर रहे हों। मोदी ने coastal states को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए एक नया criteria शामिल किया है - "contribution to GDP". इसलिए सभी landlocked states को एकजुट होकर केंद्र सरकार पर दबाव बनाकर Finance Commission का जो funds distribution formula है उसमें landlocked states को compensation दिलवाना चाहिए।
