I'm tired of saying this - Gangetic plains/UP/Bihar/Hindi belt are deindustrialized/poor due to British Raj policies & then continuation of those policies by successive Indian gov to this day. Private players demand a pre-established industrial base/infra to invest in any state.

UPSC conducts all exams via OMR. If OMR bad then why UPSC prelim in OMR ? Looks like this was the goal behind paper leak. Now they will leak paper WITHOUT getting caught.

जो भी लोग मुझे गाली देते हैं उनका मैं ss ले लेता हूँ। आज तक जिन नेताओं ने बिहार का मजाक उड़ाया है उन सबके बयानों के record है मेरे पास। भारत के CJI सूर्यकांत ने भी एक बार बिहारीयों का मजाक उड़ाया था उसका भी record है मेरे पास। मैं हर चीज के लिए तयार हूँ। 😅

@rj_dangi Nothing is 100% secure. However, it's easy to catch a leak in offline mode exams than online. I personally like OMR mode more than CBT.

@chasing_highs Cuz even if you LEAK UPSC Prelims paper (like NEET), you've to appear for the gruesome Mains Exam (subjective) and then interview process (3 stages). Unlike in NEET, where 1 paper can change your fate. P.S. Stop considering UPSC as Gold Standard, situation is bad there too.
